Purpose: This study aims to compare and analysis job stress, patient safety culture, and patient safety management activities of nurses in comprehensive nursing care service wards and general wards. Methods: Through an online survey conducted on nurses with more than three months of working experience at five general hospitals in the metropolitan area, 156 participants's data were used for
